Our main currency is EURO. If you has US Dollars, UK Pounds or other currency card, your charge will be calculated concerning a rate of euro to your currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Is it safe to buy DVD's in your online shop? Do you have a secure SSL connection?
Yes, we have secure SSL (secure socket layer) connection. Buying in our shop is absolutely safe. When you register and place the order, you can see in your browser "LOCK" icon. It means what all entering and transmiting data will be protected from interception or tampering using SSL encrypting technology. We use GeoTrust's patent pending QuickSSL.
All entered information include credit card number is confidencial. We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely neccessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

How about refunds and cancelation of order?
If for any reason, you do not require an exchange and did not like the goods that we sent you, then you have the right to give us a notice of cancellation and may return the products (unopened) within 8 days by your receipt of the goods. We will refund your account within 30 days of our receipt of the goods. Shipping charges and bank fees (cost of refund) are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns.

When my card is being charged?
The cardholder will be debited instantaneously at the time of purchasing the selected product(s).
Issuing of the invoice takes place on the day of shipment, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
The cardholder should retain a copy of the transaction at an easily accessible place.

What showed up on my credit card statement? I don't want anything showing that I'm buy adult movies.
All credit cards charged as Penza Line S.R.O. Description of Goods on Credit Card Bill - E-commerce. Any references on the adult content will not be used.

I don't have a credit card. Can I do a wire transfer?
A prepayment to our bank account is possible. Please send your order including shipping address by email. We will reply with the total amount and the necessary bank information.

How can I check history and payment information on my orders?
Use the Order History option on Your Account page to review the price, shipping information, or payment method for any order you have completed.

Do you ship your DVD's worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Read more about shipping in our shipping section.

From what city/country my order will be sent?
We send all orders from Prague. Czech Republic.

How do you pack the DVD when ship it to me?
All orders are shipped in a plain box or envelope. No mention of its contents appears on the box. Also there is no label, no covers and no trademark. Nobody will be known what is actually inside.
All orders sent abroad of Czech Republic have special package. We sent DVDs without boxes. We put them into an envelope to make the package looks like documents. If you want and ask us, we can remove cover pages from this package.

How long i will be waiting my order?
We processing and ship the orders during 1-2 working days.
Time of delivery across Europe 5-10 days. Worldwide delivery, including USA - 7-15 days. It's depending on the speed of the international postal services. Also we can make express delivery through EMS express mail service. EMS time of delivery - Europe 2-4 days, the world - 3-6 days.

What is DVD?
DVD is the new generation of optical disc storage technology. DVD is essentially a bigger, faster CD that can hold cinema-like video, better-than-CD audio, still photos, and computer data. DVD aims to encompass home entertainment, computers, and business information with a single digital format. It has replaced laserdisc, is well on the way to replacing videotape and video game cartridges, and could eventually replace audio CD and CD-ROM. DVD has widespread support from all major electronics companies, all major computer hardware companies, and all major movie and music studios. With this unprecedented support, DVD became the most successful consumer electronics product of all time in less than three years of its introduction. In 2003, six years after introduction, there were over 250 million DVD playback devices worldwide, counting DVD players, DVD PCs, and DVD game consoles. This was more than half the numbers of VCRs, setting DVD up to become the new standard for video publishing.
For watching DVDs you need standalone DVD Player, connected to your TV set, or DVD-ROM drive, installed to your computer.

What regional code your disks have?
Almost all Adult DVD has region code 0 (code free or no region code). It means what this DVD's can be successfully played on all DVD or DVD-ROM players in the world. But you must know that there are various television standards like PAL and NTSC. About this problem we say in next question.

What is PAL and NTSC standard? Can i watch different standard DVD disks on my player?
PAL and NTSC are different television standards. PAL is European TV standard. NTSC is applied in the USA and Japan. Almost all DVD players sold in PAL countries play both kinds of discs. These multi-standard players partially convert NTSC to PAL signal. Most modern PAL TVs also can handle this "pseudo-PAL" signal.
Most NTSC players CAN'T play PAL discs. A very small number of NTSC players (such as Apex and SMC) can convert PAL to NTSC.
Attention please! Many of European DVD's, which we sell on site, coded in PAL standard. US and Japan customers, be sure what your player and TV set allow you watch PAL movies !!!
These standards have no importance if you will be play DVD on your computer. PC software allows play PAL and NTSC disk on computer without problems.
