All orders sent abroad of Czech Republic have special package. We sent DVDs without boxes. We put them into an envelope to make the package looks like documents. If you want and ask us, we can remove cover pages from this package.

We have no opportunity to check up, which products are allowed in your country. Defective Returns:
If you have received the broken, spoiled or damaged items please contact us on our e-mail [email protected] as soon as possible (but not later than 30 days from purchase).
In such case, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. If any item is returned and our inspectors deem that it has been used it will be returned to you at your expense. We stress that you should inspect any item thoroughly before you use the item.
Replacement items ship the same day the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. Non-defective items may not be returned for any reason.
